Speciality coffee is an artisanal, locally produced coffee with a fresh roast. As well as having a reduced ecological footprint, it also offers a variety of flavours and sensory routes.

This is, by definition, a coffee without defects, sifted and selected at origin so that it has no impurities. These are limited editions, roasted in small quantities to guarantee maximum freshness and to emphasise the best characteristics of each coffee.
