Speciality coffee is an artisanal, locally produced coffee with a fresh roast. As well as having a reduced ecological footprint, it also offers a variety of flavours and sensory paths. This is, by definition, a coffee without defects, sifted and selected at source so that it has no impurities.

They are limited editions, roasted in small quantities to guarantee maximum freshness and to emphasise the best characteristics of each coffee.
